History: Mr. Rabbey was an amicable children's TV host, who would often take the time to hear the stories from his guest kids about their personal lives. However, he didn't have a particular fondness for parents that were abusive in some capacity to their children. So much so that he would go out and kill those he deemed abusers.

Notable Kills: Manages to kill an unconscious woman by running her head over with a lawnmower.

Final Fate: While tackling his next victim, Mr. Rabbey is suddenly shot by a little girl. He barely manages to register the shock of it all before succumbing.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-It's a pity that this well-meaning friend to children turned out to be so unhinged. His methods are gruesome, but what can one say about the victims themselves?
